Having experience in operating and managing various type of domestic and international vessels, such as bulk, general cargo, tug, barge & offshore supply. Chartering vessel is our speciality, we already work with various company in Indonesia to support their project also support other needs from the project including ship agency and logistics services.

We are professional company that support with experienced staff, common latest technology, great facility and our strategic office location. PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudera (Artamuda) as Ship Agency already collaborate together with PT. Sapta Prima Perkasa as Logistics Company, PT. Bahari Sandi Pratama (BSP) & PT. Berkah Makmur Sejahtera as Stevedoring (BMS) Company. Our collaborate named SPIMSA Group, the group was established on 2018 and has been finished several big project with offshore company.
With our collaborate, we hope our company could support anything what customer needed on sea transportation including other needs such as ship agency, stevedoring and logistics transportation. We targeted could reach more customer in Indonesia and other countries that have trading relation with Indonesia likes China, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan and Korea. Right now, we have several branches offices spread on East Java region located in Gresik, Lamongan, Tuban, Probolinggo, Pacitan and Madura. The Services Offered
SHIPPING & CHARTERING
We manages & operates various type of vessels, such as General Cargo, Bulk Carrier, Tug & Barge and Offshore Supply Vessel.
Shipping
Manage owner company vessel to achieve great operation cost services and perform well with minimum deficiency found. Support docking, undocking process to help the owner company vessel meet the requirement standard class BKI also giving consumable and spare part support to the customer.
Chartering
Dealing and collaborate with the customer to charter the vessel with creating a standard contract, on hire and off hire the ship, doing ship survey to give what condition of the vessel right now and bunkering fuel before starting the project. With the services we provide, we ensure to give confident to the customer and finish the project with satisfied result.
SHIP AGENCY
Ships need a place to floating near the port and place to berth to carry out activities, both maintenance activities and loading and unloading of goods. This activity requires ship agents to arrange when the ship arrives, check all ship documents including ship certificates whether they are valid and according to standards and whether they need renewal. The role of the ship agent is to help this process run smoothly so that the ship is declared seaworthy and can continue activities including sailing again.
STEVEDORING & CARGODORING
Stevedoring & Cargodoring is the main activity in sea transportation. This activity focuses on unloading goods from ships that require the help of unloading equipment and trucks as a container or transportation to get to the destination location. This process involves many parties and is usually carried out for 24 hours. According to market survey data, in East Java 75% of cargo is in bulk.
With the size of the existing market, we provide these services so that these activities can be completed on time and without many problems that arise. The importance of the availability of trucks, time management and appropriate unloading results are the main keys of the services provided. We provide all of these services to the maximum and provide a sense of comfort to both the owner of the goods and the provider of sea transportation.
LOGISTIC & TRANSPORTATION
Logistics is an additional activity of loading and unloading ships that focuses on the movement of transportation of goods to their destination. Logistics is an important process that supports the country’s economy with a sizeable percentage of 75% of all existing activities. Recently, logistics activities have grown very rapidly from the previous year, the increase in the capacity of goods shipped is evidence of the development of logistics activities.
We provide flexible logistics services to customers to be able to provide services according to their wishes and provide the best prices on the market.
